We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours & sizes of the products that appear on our store. Please be aware though, some scenes depicting our products across our store, are artist impressions, and may also include decals not available for purchase or where additional purchases would be required to complete the scene -- refer to the parts listing on the product pages to confirm the quantities for each part.

Due to the differences in displays used by the various devices used to access our store, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the colours displayed to you accurately depict the product colours.

For each product, a list of the included decals is provided, including approximate sizes & the quantities if there's more than one of the same decal. Please be advised though, the sizes displayed for our wall decals are approximate and should be used as a guide only.

While our statements about our products are believed to be reliable and true, they do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind, except for defects and poor workmanship.

All products are purchased with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of each product for their proposed installation location, after considering the size, humidity, texture of the wall, cleanliness, and/or condition of the wall covering. In the unlikely event that one of our products detaches from a wall, we are not responsible nor liable for any damage resulting from such an event.

Coupon Usage

Mindful of providing you additional savings, we enable the use of one coupon per order. Please ensure to select your most advantageous discount as multiple coupons cannot be combined in a single transaction, including coupons used to access collection discounts. This approach ensures a straightforward and fair application of discounts across our store. Discounts are not applicable to shipping fees, although some coupons may grant free shipping separately.

Collection Pricing

Exploring our collections, each consolidates two or more of our products, offered at a special bundled price. To unlock this pricing, your cart must have at least one style from each product within the chosen collection. Crucially, to validate and apply the collection pricing to your order, please ensure to add & activate the designated COLLECTION coupon at checkout. Collection pricing stands independently of individual product prices and concurrent sales.

Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees, except in cases where there is a fault or an error made by us.

The purchaser is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are incurred for orders that are shipped outside of Australia.

We are not liable for any duties, taxes, or any other fees or costs imposed by jurisdictions outside of Australia -- that remains the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photographs & description of the damage. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order or part thereof.

Exchanges

As our products are made to order, please choose your products carefully as once your order has been placed, we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. We are more than happy to consider returns on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be in the original un-used/un-opened condition that you received them in. If the package has been opened, we will not be able to accept the return.

We will not accept returns for items that have been used, or if the package has been opened. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery.

Every piece of content, from textual descriptions to vivid images and intricate logos, is proprietary. We implore your respect towards these creative assets by abstaining from unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content.
